Berry smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

Bowl: 
100 g raspberries (frozen) 
1 banana 
150 ml almond milk 
1 tablespoon yacon syrup 
2 tablespoons chia seeds 

Topping: 
1 tablespoon raspberries 
½ banana 1 teaspoon cocoa nibs 
1 teaspoon crispy chia 
1 teaspoon yacon crisps 

Preparation:
  1. Give raspberries, banana, almond milk, yacon syrup and chia seeds in a blender.
  2. Puree for 1 minute and pour into a bowl. 
  3. Decorate the smoothie bowl with the remaining ingredients as you like

Rohe Yacon Beeren Macarons

Ingredients

Filling: 
60 g berries and fruit of your choice (e.g.: raspberries, strawberries and grapes) 
2 tsp coconut oil (cold-pressed) 
3 tsp white chia seeds 
2 tsp yacon syrup 

Dough: 
100 g almonds 
100 g oatmeal 
70 g yacon syrup 
25 g coconut oil (cold-pressed) 
10 ml water 
1 pr. Salt

Preparation
  1. Puree the berries and mix with the remaining ingredients of the filling
  2. Let the filling for about half an hour
  3. Grind the almonds and oatmeal finely and mix with the remaining ingredients
  4. Form an even number of small balls out of the dough (diameter approx. 2 cm) 
  5. Put approx. 1 teaspoon of the berry filling on a flattened ball and place another flattened ball on top.
