Chia Pancakes


Ingredients: 

2 bananas 
3 tablespoons chia seeds 
4 eggs blueberries yacon syrup 

Preparation: 

Crush the banana with a fork, add the eggs and chia seeds and stir vigorously

Chia chocolate pudding with bananas

Ingredients: 

50 g chia seeds 
400 ml almond milk 
4 tablespoons natural yoghurt (optional) 
1 pinch of cinnamon 
2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder 
2 tablespoons yacon syrup 
1 banana 
1 tablespoon rapeseed oil 

Preparation: 
  1. Mix the chia seeds with almond milk and let them swell for at least one hour. Stir occasionally
  2. Add plain yogurt, cinnamon, cocoa powder and yacon syrup 
  3. Slice the banana and fry in oil
  4. Fill the pudding in glasses and decorate with flaked almonds and banana slices
