Ingredients:
50 g chia seeds
400 ml almond milk
4 tablespoons natural yoghurt (optional)
1 pinch of cinnamon
2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
2 tablespoons yacon syrup
1 banana
1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
Preparation:
- Mix the chia seeds with almond milk and let them swell for at least one hour. Stir occasionally
- Add plain yogurt, cinnamon, cocoa powder and yacon syrup
- Slice the banana and fry in oil
- Fill the pudding in glasses and decorate with flaked almonds and banana slices
