Canihua recipe

Goat cheese salad 
with canihua topping

Ingredients: 

125 g lettuce
1 roll of goat cheese
8 slices of Black Forest ham
1 pepper
Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, parsley
1 tablespoon of Canihua seeds

Preparation: 
  1. Wash the salad and let it drip 
  2. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips
  3. Spread the lettuce on 2 plates, top with the fried goat cheese slices and peppers. 
  4. Make the salad with vinegar and oil and season with salt, pepper and parsley
