Ingredients:
50 g dried plums
50 g dried dates
25 g dried cranberries
40 g almonds
30 g sunflower seeds
2 tbsp dark chocolate drops
5 g yacon syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp coconut flakes
5 g maca powder crush
Yacon syrup
Coconut oil
Grated coconut
Maca powder
Preparation:
Mix the dough into a roll about 7 cm long, wrapp in baking paper and put in the fridge until ready to eat.
