Ingredients
Filling:
60 g berries and fruit of your choice (e.g.: raspberries, strawberries and grapes)
2 tsp coconut oil (cold pressed)
3 tsp white chia seeds
2 tsp yacon syrup
Dough:
100 g almonds
100 g oatmeal
70 g yacon syrup
25 g coconut oil (cold pressed)
10 ml water
1 pr Salt
Preparation
- Puree the berries and mix with the remaining ingredients of the filling
- Leave for about half an hour
- Finely grind the almonds and oatmeal and mix with the remaining ingredients
- Form an even number of small balls from the dough (diameter approx. 2 cm) 5. Press the balls gently flat 6. Put approx. 1 tsp of the berry filling on each flattened ball and place another flattened ball on top # purebiofair
