Rohe Yacon Beeren Macarons

Ingredients

Filling: 
60 g berries and fruit of your choice (e.g.: raspberries, strawberries and grapes)
2 tsp coconut oil (cold pressed) 
3 tsp white chia seeds 
2 tsp yacon syrup 

Dough: 
100 g almonds 
100 g oatmeal 
70 g yacon syrup 
25 g coconut oil (cold pressed) 
10 ml water 
1 pr Salt 

Preparation

  1.  Puree the berries and mix with the remaining ingredients of the filling 
  2. Leave for about half an hour 
  3. Finely grind the almonds and oatmeal and mix with the remaining ingredients 
  4. Form an even number of small balls from the dough (diameter approx. 2 cm) 5. Press the balls gently flat 6. Put approx. 1 tsp of the berry filling on each flattened ball and place another flattened ball on top # purebiofair
